Passenger Thrill Rides:

5 exciting passenger laps in a 240bhp Seat Leon Cupra on our famous 1.3 mile long racing circuit. A senior Knockhill racing instructor will be behind the wheel giving you a passenger thrill you'll always remember.

Next it's off the beaten track for a 4x4 ramble in one of our luxury Jeep Cherokee's. Our 4x4 off road course is purpose built with the steepest climbs and the most daunting drops! Hold on tight!

2 awesome off road rally stages as the co driver of a rapid Subaru Impreza Turbo rally car! Driving in a straight line is not allowed out on our rally stage so prepare yourself for some super sideyways action!

Q. How long is the Passenger Thrill Rides gift voucher valid?
A. They are valid for 8 months from date of purchase.

Q. Must I use the Passenger Thrill Rides gift voucher before this date?
A. Yes, although we will be happy to extend your voucher at a charge of £10 per month for a maximum of 6 months. After this time your voucher will be expired.

Q. How soon will I receive my Passenger Thrill Rides gift voucher?
A. You can choose an e-voucher to be sent to your email address instantly on completion of your order; there is no charge for this service. Alternatively you can choose to select a gift card to be posted to you using Royal Mail first class post service; there is a charge of £1.50 for this option. For those really urgent postal orders you can also add on Royal Mail Next Day Delivery for an additional £5.00.

Q. What does the Passenger Thrill Rides gift voucher look like?
A. The e-voucher is sent to you as a PDF attachment showing full experience details, all you need to do is print off on A4 sized paper and present. The gift card option is posted to you at your specified address in a plain unbranded envelope; within this you will find a glossy gift card with full experience details and accompanying envelope. You may also choose add a Gift Box to your order, the charge for this is £6.50 including first class post and will include a presentation box, quality branded ballpoint pen, keyring and glossy gift card.

Q. Is my gift Passenger Thrill Rides gift voucher refundable?
A. Gift vouchers are non refundable, however they are fully transferable.

Q. What happens if I pick the wrong experience?
A. Our 1st GEAR to TOP GEAR voucher range is completely flexible! So, if you have chosen the wrong experience, we will be happy to change this to any other experience within the same price range, should the lucky driver prefer! You can also upgrade to another gear at any time. Gift giving with confidence!

Q. Do I have to arrange a date for the Passenger Thrill Rides experience?
A. No, you can leave the voucher open and allow the driver to arrange a suitable date and time.

Q. How do I arrange a date and time to take part in my Passenger Thrill Rides experience?
A. You can contact us by telephone 7 days a week from 9am until 6pm (5pm at weekends). Alternatively you can book a date for your experience online through our website just follow the on screen instructions; you will need your voucher reference number and the driver’s surname.

Q. What if I need to cancel my chosen date?
A. We will be happy to accept one cancellation and rebook at no extra charge; you must give us 14 days notice for this. Out with this period there will be a £20 cancellation fee applicable. Non attendance will incur a 50% additional rebooking charge.

Q. Can I arrange ‘Extra Products’ on the day of my Passenger Thrill Rides experience?
A. Yes, however they are all subject to availability so prebooking is recommended.

Q. Can family/friends come along to spectate?
A. Yes, the more the merrier. Our experiences are great fun for spectators too and it’s always nice to see your ‘fan club’ cheering you on as you take part in your drive!

Q. How early should I arrive to do my course?
A. At least 20mins before your allocated briefing time.

Q. Is there an age restriction?
A. No, as long as height restriction is met.

Q. Is there a height/weight restriction?
A. Minimum height is 4'2". No Licence required.

Q. Am I restricted to the experiences within my voucher band?
A. No. You can change your voucher to any of the experiences available. If the experience is of a higher value the difference is payable at the time of booking.

Q. What sort of clothes/footwear is best for the Passenger Thrill Rides experience?
A. Dress for comfort and the outdoors i.e. Jeans and trainers.
