We all like to think we’re good drivers but with our On Road Advanced driving days you could become a superior driver.  By taking part in our MASTER ON-ROAD driving course, we will help you learn advanced driving techniques normally reserved for driving professionals.  Using your own car on the open road, you will be trained in driving practices that will allow you to become a more confident and ultimately safer driver on the roads.  You will also take part in a full Skid Control Course.  This is not only educational, but great fun too!

On our Master On-Road Course you will learn new driving skills to help you put yourself back in control.  Know what you should do if you hit black ice or if your car aquaplanes, all in a safe and relaxed environment on the skid pan, using our front and rear wheel drive road cars.

Master On-Road Experience
	Interactive video and course familiarisation briefing.
	Your first session will be on the emergency avoidance lane gaining valuable knowledge of both ABS and non-ABS techniques. This session could be a real life saver!
	Next it’s off to the main skid area. This is the only free wheel skid pan in Scotland. Learn how to control a skid in both rear wheel and front wheel drive cars in a safe and fun environment.
	On Road
	Interactive video and course familiarisation briefing.
	Short demonstration drive with full commentary by senior ADI.
	Remainder of drive is instruction on customer specific requirements covering overtaking manoeuvres, hazard perception and road positioning.

Q. How long is the gift voucher valid?
A. They are valid for 8 months from date of purchase.

Q. Must I use the voucher before this date?
A. Yes, although we will be happy to extend your voucher at a charge of £10 per month for a maximum of 6 months. After this time your voucher will be expired.

Q. How soon will I receive my voucher?
A. If your order is placed before 2pm, we will send it out same day. We always do our best to get your gift delivered on time. If you are really last minute you also have the option to select 'next day delivery' for Royal Mail Special Delivery or call us to arrange a voucher by email.

Q. What does the voucher look like?
A. We send you, the purchaser, in a plain envelope, a lovely glossy gift folder. Inside there is a gift card showing pictures of the experiences in the range you have purchased.

Q. Why do you need the name and address of the person I am buying for?
A. When you purchase online or over the phone we ask for the Pupils name and address and the Purchasers name and address. We always send the voucher to the Purchaser. When the lucky recipient calls us to book a date they quote the reference number and we confirm the details.

Q. Is my gift voucher refundable?
A. Gift vouchers are non refundable, however they are fully transferable.

Q. What happens if I pick the wrong experience?
A. Our 1st GEAR to TOP GEAR voucher range is completely flexible! So, if you have chosen the wrong experience, we will be happy to change this to any other experience within the same price range, should the lucky driver prefer! You can also upgrade to another gear at any time. Gift giving with confidence!

Q. Do I have to arrange a date for the experience?
A. No, you can leave the voucher open and allow the driver to arrange a suitable date and time.

Q. How do I arrange a date and time to take part in my experience?
A. You can contact us by telephone 7 days a week from 9am until 6pm (5pm at weekends). Alternatively you can book a date for your experience online through our website, just follow the on screen instructions, you will need your voucher reference number!

Q. What if I need to cancel my chosen date?
A. We will be happy to accept one cancellation and rebook at no extra charge; you must give us 10 days notice for this. Out with this period there will be a £20 cancellation fee applicable

Q. Can family/friends come along to spectate?
A. Yes, the more the merrier.

Q. How early should I arrive to do my course?
A. At least 20mins before your allocated briefing time.

Q. Is there an age restriction?
A. Yes for all driving experiences drivers must 17 yrs + with a full licence.

Q. Is there a height/weight restriction?
A. There are no set restrictions for this experience

Q. Am I restricted to the experiences within my voucher band?
A. No. You can change your voucher to any of the experiences available. If the experience is of a higher value the difference is payable at the time of booking.

Q. What sort of clothes/footwear is best?
A. Dress for comfort and the outdoors i.e. Jeans and trainers.
