Attendance & Validity
You must confirm your date with us prior to attendance. All experiences are subject to availability and an indemnity form being completed prior to participation. Gift Vouchers must be redeemed before the marked expiry date. Should you wish to book your experience out with this date you may do so at a charge of £10 per additional calendar month for a maximum of 6 months. After this time your voucher will be considered expired. Payment for any additional validity must be made at time of booking.

Online Bookings
Please note that once you have booked your chosen experience and date online, you are unable to cancel it using the online service. Please contact our booking team on 01383 720044 where they will be happy to assist. Please note that standard cancellation terms apply. (see below)

Expired vouchers cannot be booked using the online booking service. Please contact our booking line on 01383 720044 to discuss your extension options.

Booking & Upgrades
All vouchers may be upgraded, if transferring to an experience of a lesser value no refunds will be given; if transferring to one of a higher value, payment must be made at time of booking. Knockhill Racing Circuit Limited reserves the right to change or alter any of the times and dates.

Cancellations
If for any reason you are unable to attend your chosen date, we will accept one change to an alternative, provided you give us at least 14 days notice and we can accommodate your new date. Less than 14 days notice will incur an additional fee of £20. A replacement driver may be accepted right up to the point of registration. Once a reservation has been altered, we cannot make any further changes except a substitute driver. Non attendance will incur a 50% additional re-booking charge.

Refunds
Once a gift voucher has been purchased it is non-refundable. However, it is transferable to another person up to the point of registration.

Descriptions
Where the duration of a driving experience is quoted in the promotional material or by a member of our staff or representatives, it is an approximate time and given as a guide. You will normally take your turn along with other guests of the circuit and activity users and there may be waiting time involved.

The Weather
Although normally unaffected by the weather, there can be no guarantee that a particular date will not be withdrawn due to extreme/adverse weather conditions. If we are unable to run your experience due to this or other events beyond our control, we will try to let you know with as much notice as possible and your driving experience must be re-booked within 3 months of the original planned date. As all experiences are outdoor activities please arrive dressed to suit with casual outdoor clothing and trainer type footwear.

Arrival
The arrival time quoted must be adhered to; failure to appear on time may invalidate your voucher or booking. Attending the pre-driving briefing is imperative for your safety and ultimately the full enjoyment of your day. No animals are allowed at Knockhill at any time.

Licences
A full valid UK/European driving licence is required for all driving activities. A full motorcycle licence appropriate to the bike that you are riding is required for all bike activities. All users must be capable of riding / driving safely, as determined by the duty manager whose decision is final, otherwise they may not be able to take part in their experience and their voucher may be invalidated.
